Total Length is 70km. Tough challenging route with 2 climbs between Kilfinane and Mitchelstown. Then a real beauty called Hill Crest between Mitchelstown & Anglesborough (Not for the faint hearted!!!). A really fast run home from here with a good surface between Garryspillane Cross and Knocklong that always seems to draw people in!!Enjoy

Total Length is 80Km. There is multiple options for cut off should a cyclist choose to. There are numerous hills throughout the route to keep members on their toes!!!. Remember no pain no gain

Total Length is 68km. There is an optional cut off point at Graigue Cross after Castletown Conyers to return to Kilmallock. The Length of this route will be 39 Kilometres. After the cut off point there is 2 short stiff climbs one being the Forge hill into Kilmeedy. It is short but steep. There will be one more hill after that which has one steep section in it but is not that Long.

North Cork Route
Leave Kilmallock and head to Charleville, through Ballyhea and then left for Doneraile, Left before Doneraile and then rolling hills before turning left on the main Mallow to Mitchelstown road and into Kildorrey, left in the middle of Kildorrey heading for Ardpatrick, then right for Ballyorgan and into Kilfinane, right in Kilfinane and then the head for Ballylanders over Ballintubber, left in Ballylanders to Knocklong, left in Knocklong for Kilmallock through Elton
Kilfinane-Ballylanders-Mitchelstown-Kildorrey-Glenenar-Kilmallock
Leave Kilmallock and head for Knocklong, then on to Ballylanders and on to Mitchelstown, rolling hills from there to Kildorrey and straight through the village, turn right for Glenenaar and up the back of the ballyhoura mountains, then left to Ardpatrick and back to Kilmallock.
Glen of Aherlow via Kilfinane
This is a 51m/82km route with 2 climbs, the 1st climb is over Ballintubber between Kilfinane and Ballylanders and the second will be the Christ the King climb in Aherlow. This is quite a challenging cycle with some fast decents at either side of the climbs.
West Limerick/North Cork Spin
This route is a mainly flat route with one climb over Mount Cremin between Feenagh and Snows Cross, it takes in parts of West Limerick and North Cork and is approximately 85Km in distance.
